Can I take my Swapfiets with me when I move to another city?

Yes! If you’re moving to another city within the same country, you can bring your bike with you. Just make sure to update your address via the app or contact our helpdesk!

Can I take my Swapfiets with me when I emigrate?

Unfortunately not. You’ll need to cancel your current subscription and register on the Swapfiets website of your new country. We’re happy to help and welcome you back once you move!

Can I return my bike and get a new one in the city I'm moving to?

Absolutely. Just drop off your bike at your current Swapfiets store and pick up a new one at the store in your new city. Make sure to contact the helpdesk to arrange the switch and waive the signup fee.
